Data Storage

CaregiverBabyHub stores your account and application data securely using Supabase, a hosted PostgreSQL database. Data includes your account information, rules, schedule, tracker entries, and settings. Your data is associated with your account and accessible across devices when you log in.

Some data is also cached locally in your browser's localStorage for performance. This cache is secondary to the database and does not represent the sole copy of your data.

Data We Collect

• Account info: email address, username, and role provided at registration.
• Profile data: preferences, timezone, bio, and extended profile fields you fill in.
• Tracker logs: mood, diaper, feeding, sleep, and custom entries you create.
• AI Caregiver: chat messages are stored server-side so your AI remembers context. A caregiver can only see your AI chat logs if you explicitly share them.
• Kink profile: your selected kinks, intensities, and negotiation data. This data is never sold and never shared with third parties.
• Dynamic settings: rules, punishments, rewards, schedule blocks, and caregiver link data.

We do not collect payment information, location data, or device identifiers.

AI Caregiver Data

AI Caregiver chat messages are stored in the database to provide conversation memory. Message history is private to your account. Caregivers linked to your account cannot read your AI chat without your explicit consent. AI responses are generated locally via Ollama and are not sent to any external AI provider.

Kink & Sensitive Data

Your kink profile, preferences, and intensity data are treated as highly sensitive. This data is never sold, never shared with third parties, and never used for advertising. It is accessible only to you and any caregiver you choose to link with.

Third-Party Services

• Supabase — database and authentication provider.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (welcome emails, daily check-ins).
• Patreon — subscription billing for Pro and Premium tiers.
• Ollama — local AI inference for AI Caregiver (no data leaves your server).

There are no tracking pixels, advertising networks, or third-party analytics integrated into this application.

Caregiver Connections

Pairing codes and caregiver-baby connection data are stored in the database and shared only between the two linked accounts. No one outside the pair can access this data.

Data Retention & Deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes all associated data from our Supabase database, including your profile, tracker logs, AI chat history, kink profile, and dynamic settings. This action is irreversible. Local browser cache (localStorage) is cleared when you delete your account or manually clear your browser data.

Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, open a ticket in our Discord server or use the 🆘 Support button in the app. We will respond to verified requests within 30 days.

Cookies & Storage

We use authentication cookies (set by Supabase) to keep you logged in. Application data is cached in localStorage for performance. No advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this application. By using Caregiver Baby Hub, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

Consensual Adults Only

All activities, dynamics, and content within this application represent consensual adult role-play and fantasy between consenting adults. Users agree that:

• All participants are consenting adults (18+)
• No content involving minors will be created or shared
• The application will not be used to harm, coerce, or manipulate others
• All dynamics are safe, sane, and consensual (SSC)

Caregiver Baby Hub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, harm, or consequences arising from the use of this application. Users take full responsibility for their use of the application and their interactions with others.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the application following changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
