1. Service Description

CaregiverBabyHub is an adult lifestyle management tool designed for consensual caregiver/little dynamics between adults 18 and over. All features — including rule-setting, tracker logs, AI Caregiver, kink profiles, and caregiver linking — are intended for consensual adult use only.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register or use this service.
• By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
• You agree to all terms stated in this document.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CaregiverBabyHub to:

• Create, upload, or share any content involving minors.
• Harass, coerce, or harm any other person.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access another user's account.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Pro and Premium subscription tiers are available and offer additional features including higher AI message limits, exclusive themes, and tier badges. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Patreon at patreon.com/CaregiverBabyHub.

Tier Activation Timeline: After subscribing via Patreon, open a ticket in our Discord server or use the 🆘 Support button inside the app, and include your account email address. Tier upgrades are processed manually. Please allow 3–7 business days depending on current subscription volume. You will receive a confirmation when your tier is activated.

No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. You may cancel your subscription at any time via Patreon; your tier will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within CaregiverBabyHub, including rules, journal entries, tracker logs, and kink profiles. We do not sell, share, or monetize your personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. Consensual Adults Only

All activities, dynamics, and content within this application represent consensual adult role-play between consenting adults. Users agree that all participants are consenting adults (18+), all dynamics are safe, sane, and consensual (SSC), and no content involving minors will ever be created or shared.

7. No Professional Advice

Nothing in this application constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice. The AI Caregiver feature is an entertainment tool and is not a substitute for professional mental health or relationship counseling.

8. Limitation of Liability

CaregiverBabyHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, harm, or relationship consequences.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of CaregiverBabyHub following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
