- Diapers — enough for day + night + 2 backup (calculate: 4–6 per day minimum)
- Overnight diapers / thick diapers for sleeping
- Travel wipes pack
- Portable changing pad
- Barrier cream / diaper cream
- Diaper disposal bags (zip-lock bags also work)
- Small travel powder
🧸 Comfort & Little Space
- Primary stuffie
- Pacifier(s) + case
- Blanket or lovey
- Any comfort item that helps you feel safe
- Little-space music playlist downloaded for offline use
👕 Clothing
- Pajamas / onesie for sleeping
- Daytime little-space outfit (if using)
- Discreet clothing for travel/public portions
- Socks and undershirt
- 1 extra full change of clothes
🛏️ Sleep Setup
- Mattress protector / waterproof pad (your own)
- Pillowcase from home (familiar smell = comfort)
- Night light (small travel size)
- White noise app downloaded
🍽️ Feeding
- Bottles / sippy cups (washed)
- Enough formula or powder mix if used
- Bibs (2)
- Snacks for little time
- Travel spoon
💊 Health & Safety
- All medications (with enough for the stay)
- Travel first aid kit
- Insurance card and ID
- Emergency contact numbers written down (not just in phone)
- Allergy meds if applicable
📱 Caregiver / Personal
- Phone + charger
- Portable power bank
- Wallet, ID, payment method
- Toiletries bag (toothbrush, deodorant, face wash)
- Medications / vitamins
- Any equipment for the room (baby monitor, etc.)
*Pro tip: Keep a packed "overnight bag" that only needs the diapers and food topped up — it makes spontaneous trips much easier.*
