A dashboard for caregivers

Caregiving is the half of this that nobody builds tools for. CaregiverBabyHub gives the caregiver one screen showing what needs them today, the controls to act on it, and an honest picture of how their little is actually doing rather than how they say they are doing.

What needs you today

The dashboard opens on an inbox of everything waiting on you, in one list: chores submitted for approval, rule appeals, requests, homework to mark, a check-in that has not been answered, a mood that dipped.

The purpose is that you do not have to go looking. Most caregiver burnout in this dynamic comes from the mental load of remembering what you were supposed to be keeping an eye on, not from the caring itself.

  • 3 chores waiting for approval
  • 1 rule appeal: bedtime at 9:30 on weeknights
  • Yesterday's check-in was never answered
  • Mood has been low three days running
  • Bedtime routine skipped the bottle step four nights this week

The controls

Everything the caregiver sets lands on the little's screen, locked and marked with who set it.

Rules and routines
Write them, group them by category, weight them by severity, attach a consequence or points, and save. A guided builder can draft a starting set from your answers if you would rather edit than invent.
Chores
Assign with due times and repeats, approve or send back with a note, and see what is overdue.
The reward store
Stock it, price it, and fulfil redemptions when they come in.
Checks and check-ins
Send a check-in or a diaper check from anywhere. It appears on their screen and the answer comes back timestamped.
Notes and nudges
Send a note, a reward, or a reminder that bedtime is coming, without needing a separate messaging app.
Bedtime
Set the time, and let the app hold the screen in bedtime mode until morning.
More than one little
A caregiver can hold links with several littles and switch between them. Each one's rules, chores and record stay separate.

Seeing how they are really doing

Sleep, hydration, mood and streaks are charted over time, drawn from what the little logs day to day. The value is the wobbly week you can see before anyone has found the words for it.

There is an evening summary email in your own time zone if you would rather have the shape of the day without opening the app, which is also what makes this workable across time zones.

Support for the caregiver

There is a corner of the platform that is only for caregivers: honest conversation with people who understand the giving side, and a vent box that saves nothing at all.

There is also a deep, printable caregiver guide covering how to do this well, and a handbook of over a hundred articles when you want to go further. Caregiver burnout has its own guide, because it is the most common way these dynamics quietly end.

Limits and consent

The setup wizard walks both of you through roles, rules and limits together, and the result can be signed as a contract you both keep. Nothing in the app assumes authority you have not been given.

Kink-related features are opt-in and off by default. A little can appeal any rule and you will see it. A safeword stops everything, including the AI caregiver. Either person can unlink at any time, from their own account, without the other's permission.

Common questions

I am new to caregiving. Is this going to be over my head?
The guided builder drafts a starting dynamic from your answers rather than asking you to invent one, and the caregiver guide walks through every control step by step. Most new caregivers start with three or four rules and a bedtime.
Can I use it if my little does not want an app?
You can keep the structure on your own side and simply show them. Linking makes it live on both phones, but nothing requires it.
Does the app make decisions for me?
Only if you turn that on. There is an autopilot option on paid tiers that will run parts of the day for you, and it is off by default. Everything else waits for you.
Can I see my little's journal?
No, unless they choose to share an entry. The private journal stays private. You see rules, routines, chores, points and the tracker logs.
What does the caregiver side cost?
Nothing. The dashboard, rule builder, chores, reward store, checks and charts are all on the free plan, and no card is asked for.

Try it

Creating a space is free and asks for a pen name, an email and a password. Your real name is never asked for. The tour walks through the app without an account at all.
