A task tracker and daily care log

Two jobs, one place: the things that need doing, and the record of what actually happened. CaregiverBabyHub handles chores with due times, repeats and caregiver approval, and a daily log built for the things a caregiver/little dynamic actually tracks.

Chores and tasks

A chore is a task with a due time, a repeat rule and a point value. A caregiver assigns them to a linked little; a little on their own sets their own.

When a chore is done it goes to the caregiver to approve, or ticks off straight away if the dynamic does not use approval. Overdue chores surface rather than quietly rotting at the bottom of a list.

Repeats
Daily, on chosen weekdays, weekly, or one-off. Set once and it comes back on its own.
Due times
A chore can be due at a time of day rather than just on a date, which is what makes reminders useful rather than annoying.
Points
Each chore carries a point value that lands in the little's balance when it is approved.
Approval
The caregiver can approve or send a chore back with a note. A solo little simply ticks their own.
Suggestions
If a blank chore list is intimidating, the app can suggest a starting set based on the dynamic, which you then edit.
  • Tidy the toy basket — daily, due 7:00pm, 5 points
  • Change the bed sheets — weekly on Sundays, 20 points
  • Take your vitamins — daily, due 9:00am, 3 points
  • Homework for the Schoolhouse — Mondays and Thursdays, 10 points

The daily care log

The tracker is the honest record of the day. It is built around big single-tap buttons rather than a form, because the moment you need to log something is rarely a moment you want to fill in fields.

What it logs, out of the box: a diaper change, food or a drink, how you are feeling, sleep and naps, a reward or a punishment, a spanking, and time on your phone. You can log something that already happened rather than only right now, correct a mistake, and undo a deletion.

Everything is timestamped and turns into charts over weeks: sleep, hydration, mood and streaks. A caregiver sees the same picture, which is usually the point. It is the difference between being told the week was fine and being able to see the week.

What the caregiver sees

For a linked pair, everything logged on the little's side appears on the caregiver's. Chores show as done, pending approval or overdue. Logs show up in the day's summary and in the charts.

The caregiver can also send a check-in or a diaper check from anywhere. A soft prompt appears on the little's screen and the answer comes straight back, logged with the time.

There is an evening summary email for caregivers, and a morning one for littles, if you want the day's shape without opening the app.

On your own

None of this needs a caregiver. A solo little sets their own chores, ticks their own boxes, keeps their own log and sees their own charts. The points still accumulate and the streaks still count.

An AI caregiver can take the approving side if you want the structure of being checked rather than checking yourself.

Your data

The whole log can be downloaded from inside the app. There is a patterns view that summarises what the numbers are actually saying, and an option to have routine logging happen automatically for the parts you always do anyway.

Nothing you log is visible to anyone but you until you link a caregiver, and that link is something you set up deliberately with a code and can undo on your own.

Common questions

Can I use it as a diaper tracker only?
Yes. Nothing is required. Plenty of people use the change log and nothing else, and the rest of the app stays out of the way.
Does it work offline or on a phone?
It installs to a phone home screen as an app and works as one, including notifications. Logging works on a phone, a tablet or a computer, and the same account syncs between them.
Can I log something for yesterday?
Yes. There is a dedicated option for logging something that already happened, and a correction flow for fixing an entry you got wrong.
Can my caregiver log things for me?
Yes. A linked caregiver can add entries on the little's behalf, which is how most changes and feeds get recorded in practice.
Is there a limit on how much I can track?
No. The tracker, the chores, the points and the charts are all on the free plan with no cap, and no card is asked for.

Try it

Creating a space is free and asks for a pen name, an email and a password. Your real name is never asked for. The tour walks through the app without an account at all.
